Another interesting article!

  1. This is EXTREMELY true!!!! Make sure you get enough sleep! There's a perfect triangle to weight loss. Most people get the first 2, diet and exercise. The last and most overseen is sleep. It can throw off everything you're eating and doing in the gym if you don't get enough sleep!
